Owner / General Manager
Randy is the owner and General Manager for the Elgin Service Center Pioneer, Ohio location. Prior to joining Elgin in 1996, Randy obtained his BS in Ag Systems Management from Purdue University and worked as a Yield Trial Coordinator for Syngenta Seeds in Woodbury, Indiana. Once joining Elgin, Randy became the branch manager for the Pioneer office from 1996 to 2000, at which time he purchased the location.

Office Manager
Addy is the Office Manager for the Elgin Service Center Pioneer, Ohio location. She is responsible for the day to day office activities as well as accounting, inventory management and is the primary contact for building quotes and sketch drawing for sales presentations. Prior to joining Elgin in 2019, Addy was a manager for a paint factory that specialized in painted car parts.
