Owner / General Manager
Ned is the owner and General Manager of the Elgin Service Center in Gilboa. After earning his BS in Agriculture from The Ohio State University, he joined Elgin in 1987 and gained experience in several roles before purchasing the Gilboa location in 1992. Today, Ned manages the day-to-day operations, including sales, crew scheduling and purchasing. He remains hands-on in the field, providing service and grain handling repair for local farmers. His leadership and agricultural expertise continue to be a driving force behind the success of the Gilboa location.
Dan Ellerbrock
K Building Sales Manager
Dan is the K Building Sales Manager at Elgin Service Center’s Gilboa location. He began his career with Elgin while still attending The Ohio State University and joined full-time after earning his BS in Agricultural Economics. Dan is responsible for K Building sales and manages construction projects from start to finish. He also oversees marketing efforts and leads the safety program at the Gilboa location. Dan’s well-rounded skill set and dedication make him a key asset to both the team and the customers he serves.
Trina Boehnlein
Administrative Assistant
Trina began her career with Elgin Service Center in 1994 as a part-time employee and transitioned to full-time in 1999. She holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Dayton, making her well-suited for her role as Administrative Assistant at our Gilboa office. Trina manages a wide range of office operations, including payroll, accounts payable and receivables. Often the first voice you’ll hear when calling the Gilboa location, Trina’s organization and professionalism help keep the office running smoothly.
