Owner / General Manager
Randy is the Owner and General Manager of the Elgin Service Center in Pioneer. He joined Elgin in 1996 after earning a BS in Agricultural Systems Management from Purdue University and gaining experience as a Yield Trial Coordinator with Syngenta Seeds in Woodbury, Indiana. Randy initially served as Branch Manager of the Pioneer location from 1996 to 2000, then purchased the location and has led its operations ever since. His agricultural background and leadership have been instrumental in the continued success of the Pioneer office.
Addy Huffman
Office Manager
Addy serves as the Office Manager at Elgin Service Center’s Pioneer location. She oversees daily office operations, handles accounting and inventory management and serves as the primary contact for building quotes and sketch drawings used in sales presentations. Addy joined Elgin in 2019, bringing with her valuable management experience from a paint factory specializing in painted car parts. Her organization, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach make her a vital part of the Pioneer team.
